Fellow Sysadmins: Stop being a doormat.

I see post after post about people letting their boss or the company walk all over them. Stop it! Not only does it suck for you, it sucks for the rest of us when companies think they can get away with such behavior.

I know that we're all just a bunch of geeks and we're used to being bullied but please learn to stand up for yourselves. We all have very valuable skills are very marketable in this industry.
