I've got a bit of a thorny problem relating to webcam access for non users.
Long story short, I've got Server 2008 R2 configured as a workstation, with a restricted user as the main logon. My housemates are wanting to mess around with a webcam, but the user account can't access the webcam for some reason, yet the admin account can.
Anybody know of some obscure or undocumented Group Policy sitting that controls access to webcams?
EDIT: I've just realised it could also be a Flash issue, especially with the restrictive permissions in Chrome.
