CV review (please?)

So another CV review. I am currently working on a helpdesk that provides support for over 100 pubic sector clients. Basically I want to move away from being everyone's support guy to one company's support guy. My current job has given me a lot of experience dealing with a number of products and I now feel comfortable handling replication issues, snapshots failing to merge, configuring AD an everything that goes with it... Also a pay bump would hurt I'm doing what I would consider tier 2 support for £17,500.
