Streaming video over http

Hello-

I've got some tutorial videos I would like to provide for a few clients. I was hoping to not use youtube and instead stream them off my own linux sever. They need to stream over http (or https) due to some firewall issue on their end.

I'm unsure what packages I'll need to install in order to host these videos (I've already got apache running). I can convert them to any format needed I'm expecting I'll need to pipe them into flash.

Any suggestions?
