I setup a new 2007 exchange server over the weekend. Their email is still externally hosted so i setup a temporary third party pop3 connector (mapilab's native pop3 connector). I thought everything was working properly until the client said they're haven't been receiving emails. I contacted mapilab's tech support and they made some changes to the smtp send connector which seemed to the fix the problem.
Some of the user's emails that were downloaded by the pop3 connector yesterday aren't showing up in their inbox. I checked the badmail folder and the administrator's mailbox but nothing was there. Mapilab's support can't tell me where the missing emails went. Does anyone know what happened here?
