Microsoft offers 072 versions of every 070 exam. It's the same thing, only half price. If you register through dreamspark, you get the first exam for free (pretty sure you get the retake within 24 hours for the price oooof on the house. You really shouldn't need that though, microsoft certs are pretty easy.
