I email the person, "You have to have a photo on your listing or it will be removed".
Reply, "My profile photo HAD been uploaded. I do not know why it doesn't show. It has nothing to do with ME but your system. Since you are the administrator you could have checked this before sending me such an email."
My reply, "It looks like you uploaded your photo to your profile in the directory, not your listing. I have used the picture from your profile for your listing, sorry for the confusion."
