replicating data across network.. all windows and linux servers are on the same switch running through the same switches to the destination and the windows servers get 150 megs a second transfer rate and the linux servers get 700 to 800 megs a second transfer rate.. we have tried to change out drivers (broadcom) on the windows servers and no speed change.. anyone have any ideas or things we have not thought of..
edit: need to get windows up to speed because our backup server needs to replicate across network in a timely manner.. (transferring about 25 TB)
