It's shit or get off the pot time at my job and the 2nd to the CIO is coming in tomorrow to assess my work. I need some advice.

Hey r/sysadmin!

I'm in charge of 1 location of 18 and a Director is coming in tomorrow morning to assess my work on my location and any projects I've lead on the other 17 campuses and field any questions or concerns I may have.

Now, I've been working my fucking ass off for a full year trying to get more responsibility (read: much more money) and this will be my time to show my value.

I can go through some projects I've done, or complain about nothing, or talk about how I feel left behind when could be doing something much more important to better our company but of course I'd like to not do it for free.

So I ask you /r/sysadmin, what can I do tomorrow that will completely turn to how much I can do for the company into a value he wants?

Also, I could just shut my mouth and be happy I have a job but I could get a job with a higher salary if I didn't like my company so damn much.
