We have free snacks, tea, soda, we give them an O'Reilly Safari account, your computer is your choice of a high end Lenovo or Mac Book Pro running the operating system of your choice (mostly because you can install it).
We certainly don't pay the most in New York City, but I've been out of the job market for a long time, and I don't know what people are looking for, so I'm asking you....what do you look for?
