HP DL360, can't get video. Help me troubleshoot, will pay in Pizza.

I got a couple old servers for training purposes. One is a HP DL380 (g3) but it wont run either flavor of 08. So I really need this thing to work.

The server is a HP DL360 G4p. One CPU, 4GB of ram in slots 1&3. It spins up, green LED on the front. Nothing orange/red. But it the attached monitor stays in Standby. The monitor is known good.

I would just call it dead, but when I check the router its attached to, both Nics (iLO and NIC1) grab IPs. I thought about a iLO log in, but I can't seem to get anywhere with that. (can't connect)

I've only really worked with Dell servers, so this HP hardware is new to me, and documentation is sorely lacking.

I would be willing to send someone a Pizza if you have any ideas, I really want this thing to work!
