Printer problems

Hello all,

I'm hoping one of you can help or at least point me in the right direction. I have several network printers in the office and multiple times a day, a job will hold up the print queue and about 99% of the time, this is the situation: 1. it's someone printing from a website 2. the document name is super long (I suspect at the 255 character max)

I know it's the character limit that's screwing up the queue but I can't find a way to truncate the document name. Please help sysadmins!
