Not sure if r/sysadmin is the place (there's probably an r/helpdesk) but myself and 2 others manage about 200 Macbook Pro's that are checked out of the building for 2 days, and frequently come back with issues. My team and I have been using a spreadsheet to manage this, but it has become... unruly. I'd love to find a free service that does this, and anything that exists online is awesome. (We've been using google docs to manage that spreadsheet). Thanks in advance?
