Updating firmware on a Raritan DKX2-416 KVM -- Will I lose custom settings?

I can't find the answer in any online documentation. We have a DKX2-416 that's about 5 revisions behind on firmware. If we flash it, does it wipe all custom settings and set it back to factory defaults?... or does it retain things like Static IP,etc. ?
