Just seen this issue pop up twice within a day at two different organizations- getting the Interactive Services Detection window saying that there's a message that is being displayed improperly. When the limited user account views the message, it's Windows trying to install new language packs. Of course, being a limited account, the user can neither successfully install the packs, nor cancel the entire process.
If you log in (rdp or locally) with an admin account, however, the message displays again, but this time it goes ahead and installs the packs. If you click cancel, it successfully cancels the current language and the remainder.
Why is this happening? Neither user claims they touched anything to do with languages.
Any suggestions?
