What software do you use in your IT department?

I was wondering what companies out there are using for things like

• keeping track of software licenses, where they are installed etc
• reminders for domain expirations, antivirus expirations, other expirations
• network auditing, asset management

I have been given the task of accomplishing the above somehow...
