Issues with IP40 Auto Discovery Phone Setup

We just receiving around 60 Plantronics IP40 IP phones for our callcenter. These phones are suppose to be rolled out by Monday morning and I would like to refrain from having to manually configure all 60 phones. The phones support pulling a config file from a webserver; however, I have been unable to get it to successfully work so far. I have a feeling the problem lies in the SRV record that I had to create.

Has anyone run into this issue before?
