Need Help Cooling Server Room.

After much struggle, we were finally able to enclose our servers into their own room. Now we're running into cooling issues, which I had a feeling would happen. I talked about turning the servers to face the air input, get a floor a/c unit and have exhaust fans on the back of the room. But I'd like to get your input on it.
