At our company we use Redmine to track our projects on the developer side. It works great for them, but management its still doing things on paper or in excel sheets, which means that a lot of time is wasted syncing our schedules and priorities. I talked with them and they would love an enterprise-oriented project tracker like TRAC or Redmine. I looked briefly at ERP offerings but most of them seen to be oriented at manufacturing businesses, and we'd like something more IT-oriented. I'd love to hear what Reddit uses/suggests for business project management. Open source platforms are preferred, but we're willing to consider any solutions as long as they newt our requirements for tracking schedules, resources, milestones, etc.
