Other than Sharepoint, what electronic knowledge base system do you use at your job to store documentation and troubleshooting info?

Where I work, we use Sharepoint and I find it to be remarkably inflexible. I'm curious to know how others manage their documentation for quick reference, whether this is for system administration or a Help Desk environment.
